Not really, but the Dems seem spineless on the war, with the exception of Russ Feingold and a couple of others. I'll vote for anyone who looks likely to pull us out. It may be a Republican, who knows. Once 80% of America has come around to being against the war, a politician would be stupid not to try to lead the parade.

Bush really CAN'T. I'd be admitting the entire war was wrong, his "project". Iraq will define the Bush Presidency in history, just as Vietnam defined LBJ's. I'm sure they both thought the war would be long behind them by now, going in.

He's got even LESS other accomplishments than LBJ! Do tax cuts make a legacy? Does being the deficit spendingest President in history endear? Unless a miracle happens in Iraq, the chimpistration is looking like a massive failure.
