Ted, The CIA told Bush that their info was questionable.

Since when did the CIA say anything that wasn't questionable? How many times did we bump up the terror alert to "Orange" based on "credible intelligence"?

The whole CIA bureaucracy is pretty much set up as a giant information filter. Lots of raw intelligence data has to be sorted through, and the result is hopefully close to the truth. We now know that the CIA overestimated Iraq's WMD capabilities, but that's really easy to say in hindsight. As for the notion that Bush lied, that's just partisan politics.
