Hello brian H, There is one huge difference clear amongst all the differences that will make the outcome not the same, as in different, that is obvious to the most casual of passing observers, riding at speed on horseback, and apparent to all thinking individuals while just waking up or about to fall asleep or while actually thinking, but not so clear to the folks whose mind was made up for them, one such as yourself, hoping against desperate wish, while worshipping a man who had betrayed all his past colleagues and friends ... and that is ... the action of "reversing to the mean", ala history physics and poetic chemistry, takes QCOM and China in opposite directions.
