He simply has no qualifications. Period. If my gardener started a company that got a patent on a chemical technology as a result of his fooling around with different materials to make garden hoses, and claimed he was developing a breakthrough treatment that would precisely target and kill fat cells and allow people to easily lose as much weight as they wanted any time they wanted without diets or exercise, what would you think? Would you bet the farm on him? Innocent until proven guilty? Or guilty until proven innocent? Would you presume that just because he hasn't done time at San Quentin that he is honest, above board, and can and will produce what he says? T
