I know Krishna Menon. He is doing the animal study program for NNVC at Harvard Med School:

Krishna Menon, VMD, PhD

Chief Regulatory Officer

Dr. Menon is a well known Pharmaceutical Scientist and Executive. He was awarded the Employee of the Year, Presidents Award (1999) at Eli Lilly, where he was Group Leader. At Lilly, Dr. Menon was a co- inventor of two drugs GEMZAR and ALIMTA that became blockbusters. Prior to that, he was Senior Research Scientist at Bayer. At present, he is on the board of directors of KARD Scientific, MA, and Biological Supplies, NY, and scientific advisor to Nexus Pharmaceuticals.

He is the holder of 7 US patents. Dr. Menon received a PhD from Harvard. While at Harvard, he performed pre-clinical studies on AZT, an important anti-HIV drug.

The studies are being conducted at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, under the direction of Dr. Krishna Menon. Dr. Menon, the Company's Chief Regulatory Officer, explained that nanoviricides are complex materials. "We have started working on the basic safety of the polymer under a maximum tolerated dose protocol in mice. In the second part we will study the ligands that target FluCide-I(TM) to H5N1 and common influenza viruses. Thereafter, we will study the efficacy of FluCide-I(TM) itself against H5N1 and common influenza."

I can't see any 'scum' or 'con' in this but I am not the expert you obviously are. I defer to the experts in all matters. I will be contacting a lawyer who is expert in deciphering these matters to see what I should do. Thanks for your expert assistance.

I'm still not convinced of the 'con' and 'scum' attributes that apparently, from your comments, pervades this company I have invested in. I don't know if a court of law will be the best place to get to the bottom of this - the darn stock is trading higher than I bought it - there are so many stupid people out there buying it - like me - so it is hard to plead a monetary loss. But in the interest of fair play, no one, me included, likes to be taken for a ride as a sucker.

No 'con' artist, 'scum' of the earth individual no matter his credentials or ideals is going to take me for a fool and a sucker.

Perhaps terms like 'far out', 'revolutionary', 'untried', 'unproven', 'experimental', 'extreme', even 'potentially life saving' would better describe the undertaking. Perhaps. But if the answer is 'definitely no way' - well, the evidence is awaited.

Perhaps the scientific method of experimental verification will decide the issue one way or the other. To predict, even prejudge the outcome at this stage based on opinion is not the scientific way. It was so centuries ago and led nowhere fast. Those 'experts' who said the world was flat and put Galileo through a living hell as a heretic or worse were proved wrong.

I'd suggest we wait on the scientic results of the testing to decide the issue. That seems fair. But if there is definite proof that 'cons' and 'scum' are truly involved let's get the ball rolling to put them where they belong.

Thanks for all your expert input.
