OT: As I recall, that happened nine months into Bush's term, after he'd been warned about Al Quieda, by Clinton himself at transition, not to mention the infamous "bin Laden Determined to Strike in US" PDB! Well AFTER Clinton's eight years of peace and prosperity. Are you one of these guys who blames 9/11 entirely on Clinton, while finding Bush blameless? Bush blew it all off - he was on vacation, and why should he listen to Clinton? What did Clinton know? Then, after Afghanistan, he used the fear and anger to invade Iraq with very sketchy intel.
