More likely,
When we have something on Rove ....

Rove was only using tricks and obsfucation to try and run out the grand jury deadline, but Fitzgerald is still investigating.

The guy went on for an hour, trying to convey to idiots: I don't know how many ways a guy can say it: If we have something on Rove, we'll charge him. If we don't charge him, we don't have it. I don't want to comment on it because any comment I might have will be interpreted one way or the other and that is not my intent.

And this indicates Rove is off the hook.....why?
