Got my nose plugs and I'm ready to bob for apples.

If the dude on the CWEI board is correct then it may not be too long for "lets make a deal".

Hoping he's right cause it fits with what I've been feeling.

Dave.

Russia to build the eastern pipeline. confirms a step-by-step implementation of the project to build an oil pipeline with a total capacity of up to 80 million tonnes of oil a year with the use of railway capacity.

The first stage of the project is to build an oil pipeline section from Taishet in the Irkutsk region to Skovorodino in the Amur region. The first stage, which will be financed by Transneft, should be completed in the second half of 2008. The second phase involves building a pipeline section from Skovorodino to the Pacific Ocean coast.
