Rove was only using tricks and obsfucation to try and run out the grand jury deadline, but Fitzgerald is still investigating.

Bullcrap. There is no evidence to support this allegation. Fitzgerald is no rank amateur. He wouldn't have stood for such nonsense.

Rove is one of the most powerful individual's in this country; after all, he's has the ear of the president and his brain.. Of course, Fitzgerald will step carefully.

Fitzgerald gave Rove every possible benefit of the doubt, so when he is indicted he will have absolutely no wiggle room.
