Re the CC: PJ seems to be finding his legs as CEO. It was nice to see the aggressive stance on the Gang of Six allegations. (That's a marked departure from IJ's professorial style on everything.) Steve Altman is starting to show what a player he is, too. This current crop of officers, taken as a team, is the best yet, imo. Starting to act more like the gorilla. Aside from the R&D increases, and the hit to earnings from option expensing, things are looking pretty good. The fact that the Flarion acquisition has yet to close is a little worrisome, though. They originally said it could be as soon as September, but more likely October. Now it's early 1Q 06. What the hey?
