Actually, they would INCREASE the rates starting at the very bottom and continue through until neary $400k of income reached then rate stays same. If Bush goes along with this panel's recommendations he will suffer greatly IMHO. It is so ridiculous it makes me think they PURPOSELY are trying to undermine the Bush administration. jdn
