OT: I'm not going to respond any more on this thread to this POLITICAL topic. You're obviously as set in your beliefs as I am in mine. 9/11 happened NINE MONTHS into Bush's term, he'd been warned, and as far as I can tell, he did NOTHING to prevent it prior to 9/11, he even CUT the anti-terrorism budget. His national security advisor was thainking about Russia, her specialty.

History will put it more on him than Clinton, although both deserves some "blame".
