October 12, 1970 Nixon announces withdrawing 40,000 troops from Vietnam. November 3, 2005 Spain announced it's jobless rose 40,000 in October. June 4, 2004 Kerry says he would add 40000 active duty soldiers to the army. October 12, 2005 Apple releases the iPod. iPod backwards is Dopi. And everyone knows Kerry is Dopi because he met with the Vietcong in Paris. So instead of 2+2=4, it's actually 2*2=4.... Rove is guilty.
