I suggest you catch some McClellan press conferences on C-span. He refuses to comment on direct questions concerning whether Rove lied to him, and then he lied to us speaking for Rove. He never denies it. It's seems obvious Rove lied on it's face, except to someone in denial.

Rove admitted (and there was evidence showing) that he'd had "something to do with it" to Fitzgerald to AVOID perjury, so, he HAD to have been lying to McClellan, which wasn't criminal.

Rove isn't talking to reporters either.
