As I stated indictments are not fact or finding of fact. They are merely accusations. Get a grip. lol Indictments never speak for themselves. They are one sided. The only testimony offered a Grand Jury is that which is solicited by the Prosecutor. So it is merely a reflection of his beliefs of which he asked a Grand Jury to concur.

It is merely accusations.
