Looks like Ronnie doesn't want to take it lying down.... Seems that the Legal System in TX is a branch office operation of the Political Party system. I presume the Chief Justice of the TX Supreme Court is in DeLay's camp, so I suppose the trick will be to name a pit-bull GOP judge who "appears" to be a cross between a Chihauhua and a Miniature Poodle. Those don't have any political affiliation, do they? So I guess next round to the GOP. Maybe the case will get moved to Crawford TX where some more "moderate" judge may be found, out there in the boondocks... No stone will be left unturned to ensure Justice and Impartiality under the laws of the Great State of Texas. Namaste! Jim
