I have been pondering this new tax reform proposal and I think I have a better one.

I think toilets should be taxed. I think every family should be allowed one toilet tax-free, and one additional toilet tax-free for every three people occupying the house. After that, each additional toilet would be taxed on a rising scale: $10,000 for one, $30,000 for two, $60,000 for three, $100,000 for four, $150,000 a year for five, and so on.

So if you have a couple with one child in a McMansion with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, the tax bill would be $100,000.

On second thought, this might encourage overpopulation. If you had thirteen children, you wouldn't pay any taxes.

Oh I forgot. A Roman emperor already thought about this. Now I remember. Someone reproved him (Vespasian?) for taxing the excremental function. He held out a piece of money and said "pecunia non olet," money does not smell bad.

LOL! Especially "the salesman gets paid."

"Sales Trader" was always my favorite position title. He literally sells you something and then 'trades' against you! ROFLMAO
