Someone will write the definitive book on the first 72 hours of Katrina...and it will be full of stories about Brown. Sadly, for all the good people who worked so hard, he will be the symbol of a government that was far more concerned with its own personal comfort and image than in protecting its citizens to the best of its abilities.
