Can't exactly recall, but I think 100% patients progressed at 8 weeks.

So many posts, and I still do not see numbers for TTP?

PFS, not TTP, was the primary endpoint. In practice, TTP and PFS are nearly identical, the only difference being from very early deaths caused by treatment toxicity or some unrelated event (e.g. a car accident).

The FDA prefers PFS rather than TTP just in case there are unexpected toxicities.

46% of what number?

If the “tumor progression rate” was slowed by 46% in the Pani arm relative to the placebo arm (as was reported today), it means that PFS was lengthened by 46%, i.e. that there is 46% more area under the PFS Kaplan-Meier curve for the Pani arm than there is under the PFS Kaplan-Meier curve for the control arm.
