Maybe so. I think you're wrong in this case. He can be pardoned before the trial. He will in my opinion. The future testimony would knock us over, and Rove knows that. There can be no way for him to testify without implicating the whole bunch. That "bunch" would be called to the witness stand, and THAT would be under oath. The "under oath" part is the killer bee in the room. Won't happen because it just can't. That would be Nirvana, and she doesn't come around that often.
