What's really noteworthy about how they are going about it is that the money they're channelling to the cronies hasn't even been raised yet. It's all DEBT. The tax cuts they've handed out in the present buy a big free pass from their supporters. If they'd raised taxes to misappropriate, even their fellow Republicans would be making a stink. By the time the real pain hits and taxes have to be raised, the chimpistration will be long gone. I think the only way to avoid repeating this sorry episode in American history is to have a balanced budget amendment, or some sort of enforced "paygo" rules.
