The principle characters in this garbage are Bush, Cheney and Rove. You take your pick as to which of the three are guilty. I am leaning towards Cheney and Rove but its probably all three. As far as I'm aware, Rove is not suspected of any crime, and he certainly hasn't been charged or convicted -- other than in the media and amongst liberals, who tend to implement their own brands of justice. In fact, a person who appears in front of a GJ several times is usually either a key witness or a suspect. With Rove, I tend to think its the latter.
