If the grand jury was ignorant of Andrea Michell and her comments, I can see a finding of probable cause. But if they were ignorant, the probable cause is greatly reduced.

You see maybe Libby "heard reporters in general know" from russert of from another in the White. The point is now the a reporter has said it independently, there is the case Libby heard that. It makes the case for a non lie but mistaken recollection.

fitz make the case most did not know and that is refuted by Michells comments. It's a serious hole in the theory.

Hmmm... one is a lawyer subject to professional ethics and possible dis-barment. The other is a member of the liberally biased media. Unless I knew the lawyer was a member of the personal injury trial bar, I would believe a lawyer over a liberal journalist.
