tax proposal.. i have tried to down load (on dial up) the report to no avail... to determine what happened to the first $14,000 of earned income (married filing jointly), single $7000 which was taxed at 10%. does it go to 15% or does it become non taxable?

does proposal become a tax increase for lower income people in addition to eliminate deductions.
