Chris, I didn't know the courts disallowed the one-line veto. Is this for real?

In California, only 30% want to force the State Govt to spend within its budget of what the State only has, not more. Can you believe only 30% are for this? Where on earth do they think the extra money is going to come from, money heaven?

No wonder this country is going down the hill - spend, spend, spend.
