The only thing that will work is if every voter actually did make the calls to their Senator and Representatives.... But, too many people are just too apathetic. John Carlson, former Repub candidate for WA Gov, now talk show host on KVI, played some interviews from the protests at the Seattle Center yesterday about the Iraq War (all 250 -- not the 2,000 they wanted) had skipped school to go, and some of the professors and teachers did as well...) Some of these kids were so ill-informed or were just not well educated, couldn't speak a coherent sentence, let alone articulate why they were against the war.... The teachers and professors should be highly ashamed of themselves.
