I heard about this today. The Court is making laws, and not the Legislature. It's a really sad state of affairs.

I was in the local County Library yesterday, saw the PI headline telling of the amount Bush was authorizing for the flu vaccine....commented to the Librarian that Bush was dammed if he did, and ditto if he didn't....he can't win....

She said well, it's not enough money....($7+ BILLION....) So I brought up the hurricane and levy damage in the Gulf States, and she could hardly stand it that I said the States hit were going to have to do more....not rely on the Feds for every thing.... It was almost as if I'd slapped her....she said the States didn't have that kind of money.... So I mentioned that a Civil War was fought for States rights...and asked her if she wanted to have the Feds be in charge of every single thing in our lives?

Luckily for her, the phone rang, and she just had to answer it....so she didn't answer my question. <heheh>

And re: Ready to move to Idaho yet,....Funny you should mention that....we even brought it up the other night...one of our children may be moving there. So who knows....But after helping him do some packing of the kitchen and china, crystal, etc earlier in the week, I'm even more resistant to thinking moving is a super idea... However, it may be that we will be forced to it.
