I am so sick and tired of the Democratic arguements on Judges. IMHO there are only TWO prequalifications.
1. Is he/she competent
2. Is he/she fair and impartial, sticking purely to the LAW with no preconceived notions or ideas of rewriting established law.

Judge Alito seems to meet both of the above prequalifications, to have to PUT UP with the bullshit that we are gonna have to endure, and the COST of carrying out these witch hunts just makes me sick to my stomach. I am getting to where I can no longer bear to watch any news show involving anyones politics. jdn

Alito is simply too conservative And Ginsburg and Bryer are too far over liberal.

What, do the Dems want the rest of us to cause a scene now, and try to impeach the far left Justices?
