I read your Wall Street Examiner article for the first time.

Most often than not, I agree with your viewpoints and consider your analysis to be very insightful.

However, I think you are reading too much into Indymac's latest report (where they say that they are selling their Alt-A pools to GSE's).

First, Alt-A's are not subprimes. Second, GSE's like FRE have been set up to buy Alt-A's for a long time now. To the best of my knowledge, FNM & FRE do not directly buy subprime (i.e FICOS less than 620). (Of course, there are government programs like FHA loans that deal with subprime customers, but that is a different discussion).
