Ruff, I asked you what you though of Buyin.net (a link you posted on this thread) and the history of the operator. I asked you if you think the threshold list is working. I asked you to cite one instance where a company can prove they were naked shorted heavily. Have you followed any one of the lawsuits where the companies have sued B/ds? I haven't heard of ONE winning. That was a huge buzz a few years back when naked shorting was easy. as far as Essary goes: I don't have time to take apart each piece but the guy is sadly skewing the facts. Is there some proof I missed about Refco being the KING of naked shorts? I really don't have the time to take apart each and every Essary "pr" but be it said that the guy is a joke and he needs help with the little green men in his head. Why continue to post his stuff? Do you really think there is some merit? I mean somebody from overstock hasn't received their 70k shares?? I hope they are short against the box on that one.
