Capital Alliance Group Inc.: CIBT Expands to New Location
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 1, 2006) -

Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CPT) reports that its subsidiary,
CIBT School of Business and Technology Corp ("CIBT"), has signed an alliance
agreement with Huazhong Agricultural University ("HAU"), whereby HAU's Foreign
Languages Department will offer CIBT's 2+2 program to its students. Under the
2+2 program, students will study CIBT curriculums for two years in HAU before
transferring their earned credit toward one of CIBT's overseas university
partners to study for two more years and obtain an overseas bachelors degree.
HAU is the oldest university in China with over 130 years of operating history
and is located in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province.
"We are delighted to add Huazhong Agricultural University as one of our
alliance partners," said Toby Chu, President of CIBT. "Having a University
with a history as illustrious as HAU is a strong endorsement for the progress
that CIBT has made over the past eleven years in China. This new opening now
represents a total of 9 CIBT teaching locations with more planned."
About Huazhong Agricultural University
HUA currently has 20,500 full time students. The HAU campus covers an area of
4.95 square kilometers (approx. 1500 acres) and employs a faculty of 954
teachers, with 131 full time professors and 285 associate professors. HAU is
comprised of 13 colleges in the following fields of study: Life Sciences and
Technology, Plant Sciences and Technology, Animal Sciences and Technology,
Veterinary Medicine, Horticulture and Forestry Sciences, Resources and
Environment, Fishery, Food Science, Economics and Trade, Land Management,
Humanities and Social Sciences, Engineering Technology and Basic Sciences.
There are 46 undergraduate specialties, 54 master specialties, 40 doctrine
specialties, and 6 post-doctrine mobile stations.
