Yes but the embarrassment a blow job next to the oval office is a good motive to lie to the government. If Libby can prove there was no reason to believe that Plames identity was classified or should be classified, then there is no motive. It would not be embarrassing without the crime.

Nope he covered up having sex while he was working for the US taxpayer, on the taxpayer's dime. Clinton had sex at work, when he was suppossed to be at work and working. That's what he should have been fired and impeached for, in addition to lying in the Paula Jones deposition in a material matter.
