Fitzgerald is a very good prosecutor. Everyone agrees on that. He would not have taken this step unless he felt Libby was intending to, as he said: "throw dirt in the umpire's eyes".

Oh yes we know all about how ABC, NBC, CBS, NYT, Washington Post, Chicago Post, LA Times, ATL Journal, etc. agree how he is such a good procecutor. They all agree on that. Just as they all agreed that Star was such a poor one and of such bad character.
