Thanks Carranza - It makes for amusing reading. If this is indeed the basis for the claim that they can transmit huge amounts of data with low signal strength then they are trying to violate physics. Essentially the first patent you listed claims to have a modulation scheme that has very small bandwidth and yet transmits huge amount of info. This, by Shannons Law, says you have to have huge power and the press release talks of very low power (essentially you can get any data rate per Hz that you want as long as you are willing to boost the power in an exponential manner).
