That's why rallies in the homies and especially the subprime lenders can continue to be sold, probably for the next 12-18 months.

Please tell that to the hedgies squeezing the shorts (myself included) in LEND.

Finally right after four plus years<g> But hey if you look to what has happened since the late 1960's ushered in a period of extreme volatility and fiscal irresponsibility the downturns have been anything but ordinary. Yet it seems folks today forget that. Three localized severe downturns as well as a depression in the oil patch and another one in commercial real estate nationwide seem to not be in the thoughts of anyone these days when risk is higher than at any time in a modern times..
