Novak even admitted that Rove was his primary source for the leak. That's not zero evidence. There is zero evidence to suggest that even if such a leak occurred it is a crime. While lying to Grand Jury is a crime, no doubt, the controlling statute is very narrowly constructed. Furthermore, there was no mention in the earlier indictment of any conspiracy. So, there is no evidence a crime was even committed. By anyone, until Libby is alleged to have lied about it.
