Don't you realize Cuba is a police state? People have to say what Castro's regime wants them to say and what you report hearing is the Cuban governments line verbatim. Then I tried to think why we have not embraced Castro's government and the only thing I could come up with is the need for the Cuban vote in Miami... We pander to their hatred of Castro Being driven out of their country, having relatives killed will make for hatred all right. and fail to see that we could have an ally near out continent who could be a valuable asset to our economy too..I can see why some people including Hollywood stars are for liberating Cuba from the noose of our oppression.. What wishful thinking. Kind of proves the point I've made in a number of recent posts.
