If Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld-Addington are not for torture, then why does Bush threaten to veto the bill that will prohibit it?

Face facts, Bushies are pro-torture. They won't admit it but it's true. This rubs John McCain the wrong way since he was the victim of torture as a POW. Abu Graiab was no accident, it was Bush policy. And the worst part is this really hurts our image around the world and makes the world less safe for Americans.
