Military action against Iraq doesn't mean rushing in and occpying a country without a plan, without adequate troops and allies, without guarding the ammo dumps and borders, then saying "bring it on!" to terrorists and inviting them in to kill our troops. It also doesn't mean lying to the American people and congress about WMD as if you've already found them, when you haven't found squat.

Kerry was absolutely against the way Bush-Cheney went to war in Iraq. And he was also very concerned about our troops safety. It was the Bushies who sent in our troops without proper armor and allies.
