Russ,

I don't know much about fixed income but the website aroused my curiosity.

Initially, I thought it was a great deal but on second thought, it may only be a good short term investment, counting on having to pay the 3 months penalty when I withdraw before 5 years.

If the global economy heads in the direction that many here believes, interest rate should sky rocket while CPI could turn negative, no?
