But this is extraneous. You stated there was zero evidence. That was wrong. If you said "there isn't enough evidence publicly available to make that charge stick", I'd agree. But I would also point out there are other possible charges that could be made. Leaking of classified material is a chargeable offense under some circumstances. Outing Valerie and her cover company, given their focus on non-proliferation of WMDs, could be construed as something endangering national security.
