Partially correct, except that they are not neocons. I was referring to Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Addington and anyone else that engages in, or promotes torture.

It's a sad day indeed when free democratic nations engage in that type of barbaric activity. It is not the proper behavior for men of moral integrity to be engaging in.

Beheading is an act of pure terrorism. It was used many many times by our side during the Vietnam War. And it was the rightwing hawks who condoned it. It is also a tradition in the Arab world, of course, as their traditional weapon is the scimitar. Watch "Lawrence Of Arabia" and see.

Also, the tape showing one beheading supposed by Zarqawi looked fake. It may have even been made by the same jokers who thought up the torturing at Abu Graib. Don't put it past them.
