Rove hasn't been indicted yet. I don't know if he will or not, and I don't know if such an indictment will result in a conviction. I do think he has things he should be worried about.

What do you think is the chimp's motivation in ordering ethics classes for his staff? Does he think they don't have any? Does he see ehtical lapses? Where? Is it an admission that THERE IS A PROBLEM?

Will HE be attending? Is this supposed to make us feel that now there will be an ethics class, these problems will be behind us?
