I have a question about a Florida real estate scheme a coworker was telling me about. Her sister "bought" a home in Florida that is a model home and in turn the developer "rents" it back from her for two years. Her sister and my friend are in California. She says her sister is buying another home to do the same thing and is trying to convince her to do the same. Comments? I've never heard of such a thing.
