...take a look at the chart starting from the beginning of the consolidation phase in Aug '04:

AND, guess what weekly MA we just busted!:

139.142.147.218

I don't know how important the 200 weekly ema is, but it sure looks encouraging for the bulls here.

This 2-year consolidation period looks healthy in that it is slightly sloping upward, with higher highs/lows.

Also, the OBV is at bottoming point.

RSI is above 50, and MACD is above 0.

edit: just looked at BigCharts, and they have the 200 weekly ema at around 40.25 - 40.50. Anybody else have a thought on this?
