As I have said many times, I am no fan of Clinton, and I have never tried to justify his actions. He deserved what he got.

Your comments that Libby has been cooperative are puzzling...none of us yet know the exact nature of his testimony. Why do you think he was coopertive. Fitzgerald, using his dirt in the umpire's eyes analogy, would lead to exactly the opposite conclusion. You don't get a charge of obstruction of justice by being cooperative. We have no transcripts or other evidence.

Why do you think Libby was cooperative? His letter to Miller?

makes no sense to me.
