I fail to understand how Bush could have picked Brownie in the first place. I looked up Clinton's pick- because I thought "well, maybe everyone picks a stupid clod for this job"- but Clinton's pick was really good. He had construction experience AND disaster relief experience (the real kind, not the made up kind).

Sorry to hear your Virginia race has gotten so dirty.
