Russ let's see if my memory lasts until I get in front of a rate sheet tomorrow. But it seems as though there is little advantage at this point of a 3/1, 5/1, 7/1 fixed arm conversion loan over a fixed 30 year t this point. Some savings with a 40 year but I have not seen one close yet. IO is still being pursued by borrowers. At what % of total loans I do not know.

Can anyone chart a basic interest rate from 1975 to 1982 or 1985 vs the gold price and or the xau for me please?
