LOL, especially since QQQQ, his largest equity holding on a cost basis (33% recommended to readers for P1 for many months in 2000 and 2001) going into the bottom of the bear market, was already up 20% by March 2003.

This chart shows "MOABO" was in 2002.

His getting back to fully invested in 2003 was good timing, for sure, but he was telling people on the radio only a week later to wait for tests of the 800 level or DCA into the market because he felt it was a secular bear and it could go lower long term. Changing his tune with the market 50% higher will upset many who lost faith in his "Counter trend rallies" and have waited in cash for a lower low...
