First, if you think leaving these extremists alone to rule and breed will lessen their numbers and the damage they'll do in the future, I'm quite sure you are wrong. After 2 years Iraq is fighting terrorists with it's own people already numbering nearly 200,000, and has a constitution. The Iraqis will not welcome the rule of insurgents, and will continue to fight. Finally, this fight is simply well worth the cost. Dan B.
